Representative - Pole Barn Buildings JT Pole Barns - Built With Amish Care Hillsboro, Ohio JT Pole Barns is looking for a motivated, dependable Sales Representative to help customers plan and purchase pole barn buildings. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking with customers, following up on leads, explaining building options, and closing sales. Job Responsibilities Answer incoming sales calls, texts, and online leads Speak with customers about building size, layout, doors, windows, concrete, insulation, lean-tos, and other options Prepare customer quotes and proposals Follow up consistently with potential customers Help customers understand pricing and available building options Coordinate with management on custom or complicated projects Maintain organized notes on customer conversations and quotes Schedule site visits when needed Help move customers from initial inquiry through signed contract and deposit Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day Sales experience preferred but not required Construction or building knowledge is a plus Must be organized and dependable Able to follow up with leads consistently Comfortable using a computer, email, text messaging, and customer management software Ability to learn pole barn construction terminology and pricing Self-motivated and results driven Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.

Compensation may include:

Base pay Sales commission Performance bonuses Commission after 90 days. Exact compensation structure will be discussed during the interview. Schedule Full-time position.
