Overview Join our dynamic team as an Outside Sales Representative specializing in the Automotive Aftermarket! In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, promoting top-quality automotive parts and accessories, and building lasting relationships within the automotive industry. Your expertise will help dealerships, repair shops, and retail customers enhance their vehicle performance and maintenance routines. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target automotive repair shops, dealerships, and retail outlets within your assigned territory. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and expert product knowledge. Identify customer needs by conducting thorough automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting to recommend suitable parts and solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels at client locations and ensure timely order fulfillment. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures. Experience Proven experience in automotive parts sales or retail automotive environment. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and parts management. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with inventory control practices and POS systems. Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication skills and customer service excellence. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, dealership operations, and retail math is advantageous. Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
