What you'll do Build a referral network of plumbers (your number one target by far), plus HVAC companies, roofers, realtors, property managers, and insurance professionals across Cleveland, Akron, and Canton Spend most of your week in the field: shop visits, early mornings at supply houses, lunch drops, networking groups Turn first meetings into partners who send us jobs every month Follow up on every referral so partners know their customer was taken care of. Every job is an audition for the next one.

No cap. Company vehicle provided (Tesla or truck) What we're looking for 2+ years of outside B2B sales, ideally to contractors or trades (restoration, plumbing supply, building materials, insurance) Comfortable walking into a plumbing shop cold and talking like a normal person Self-driven. Nobody hands you a call list every morning. Organized about follow-up. Partners are almost never won on the first visit. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Restoration experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll train you.
