A Slow Pace With a Personal Touch This is a very slow-paced retail location, with extended quiet periods between customers. We want to be upfront about that so you can decide whether this environment is the right fit for you. Success here means staying motivated when traffic is light and bringing a welcoming, attentive attitude to every customer interaction. You should enjoy spending time one-on-one with customers, learning about their needs, showing them different frames, and helping them explore their options without feeling rushed or pressured. If you find purpose in making each interaction count and can stay productive without a constant flow of customers, you could be a strong fit for our team. What You'll Do Start genuine conversations and learn about each customer's style, needs, and preferences. Show customers different pairs, encourage them to try frames on, and confidently explain product features. Build customer loyalty through thoughtful recommendations and personalized service. Work toward sales goals through relationship building and product knowledge. Use quiet periods to learn about products, practice selling skills, and keep displays clean and inviting. Stay engaged and ready to welcome the next customer, even after long stretches with little activity. What We're Looking For An outgoing, approachable personality and strong conversation skills. Comfort working in a very slow-paced environment. Self-motivation and the ability to stay productive without frequent reminders. Patience and enthusiasm for spending meaningful time with individual customers. An interest in fashion, eyewear, and learning about premium brands. Openness to coaching, feedback, and personal growth. Ownership of your sales performance and contribution to the team. Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
