Job Description

Now hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for a company in Streetsboro. Monday
  • Friday, 8am
  • 5pm. Weekly pay ranging between $20
  • $21, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Manage high volume of incoming customer calls and emails. Prospect and qualify new sales leads. Provide product information to new and existing customers. Process credit cards and resolve billing errors. Calculate freight charges and update customer databases. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of customer service experience with a sales focus. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS software and Outlook. Ability to learn and understand technical detail and diagrams. Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume. Take the next step
