Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant & Lead Management/Customer Engagement Center professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and leads, ensuring seamless communication, efficient lead follow-up, and outstanding customer service. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships, support sales efforts, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Duties Greet incoming customers and leads with enthusiasm and professionalism via phone, email, or in person Follow up on leads promptly to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and appointment scheduling Maintain organized records of customer interactions using CRM software and other tools Assist with office management duties including calendar management, proofing documents, and handling clerical tasks Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly attitude Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support within a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills and computer literacy for efficient data entry and document proofreading Previous personal assistant or office experience preferred but not required Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering top-tier customer service while supporting our sales operations. Pay:
$49,331.03 - $59,409.41 per year
