Job Description:

Customer Success Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Clackamas, OR. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and internal teams, helping manage customer data, reporting, renewals, and workflow systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Direct Hire Hours/Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Compensation:

$21.65 to $31.25 per hour ($45,032 - $65,000 annually), depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain customer dashboards and workflow systems Track renewals, contracts, and customer engagement data Create reports and analyze customer metrics and trends Maintain accurate information in CRM and related systems Partner closely with sales and operations teams Support process improvements and automation initiatives Communicate primarily through email and internal systems

Qualifications:

Experience in customer success, sales operations, or customer service Strong technical aptitude and systems-focused mindset Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Experience with monday.com required Analytics and reporting experience preferred Highly detail-oriented and organized Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
