The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining relationship with clientele, and ensuring an exceptional consistent clientele. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and support their shopping experience. Communicate product MSMSS offers clearly to encourage upselling opportunities. Perform basic math calculations for quotes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills to be able to provide quotes. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, fostering a positive environment. Experience with upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume. Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication is perferred. A friendly demeanor with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting. Must be okay with hourly/salary along with commission.
