Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive new business growth. This role is focused on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into qualified leads for our agency. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people are key. Our ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in starting conversations that lead to results. Compensation:
$50,000 - $100,000 yearly + commissions for sales
Responsibilities:
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred About Company We are a team of people helping people.
