Job Description

LOCATION
Aston, PA
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Order Processing Specialist will manage all sales orders for assigned Sales Branches from order submission to funding. Order Processing includes order review, sales chain order items, equipment billing and lease funding. Account management, reporting and auditing required to ensure monthly corporate goals are reached.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
o Overall processing of all orders includes new sales, ship in, asset swap, moves, loaners and rentals. o Review and Approve all orders submitted for accuracy to process for the Purchasing Dept to order equipment. o Liaison between sales team and leasing partners to ensure all needed information is received for funding. o Equipment Billing upon receipt to generate final doc package to submit to leasing for review. o Monitor daily installs to ensure equipment has accurate location and contact information for connectivity and trainers. o Communicate with AR any payment terms or new sales on credit hold. o Communicate with Billing all new contract details to ensure accurate contract setup. o Monitor all open orders to ensure all billing is kept current. o Review all delivery paperwork to confirm delivery information is accurate and all pick up requests are complete. o Complete all Lease Return packets and submit to lease returns. Follow up weekly on all pending lease returns.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
o High School degree or equivalent o 1-3 Years of customer service and/or Data Entry/Billing preferred. o Strong verbal and communication skills. o Quality customer service skills. o Individual must be goal oriented and self-motivated, and able to function well in a team environment. o Detail Oriented, organized, skilled at multi-tasking, and able to work independently. o Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Full-time Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
