PM Job Responsibilities:

Proactively drive sales by engaging with customers, upselling products and promoting daily specials. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally ensuring a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business. Generate accurate pick tickets while understanding routing and delivery schedules to optimize efficiency. Manage and grow sales within assigned customer accounts by fostering strong relationships and anticipating customer needs. Contact customers from call sheets to increase order volume and introduce new or featured products. Proactively resolve customer concerns with urgency and empathy to maintain loyalty and satisfaction

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
