Responsibilities include:

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Follow the CarShop sales process while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care Address customer questions and concerns throughout the purchasing process Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming dealership environment Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Passion for achieving goals and delivering exceptional customer service Ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Accelerate Your Career?
