Pay:

Responsibilities include: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Follow the CarShop sales process while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care Address customer questions and concerns throughout the purchasing process Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming dealership environment Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Passion for achieving goals and delivering exceptional customer service Ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Accelerate Your Career? Light Work- lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. This position requires a good deal of walking or standing, 50 percent of the time or greater will stand and move throughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices) for most of the shift This position may include prolonged periods of sitting with some pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls This position requires climb, stoop, and kneel This position requires the ability to hear and talk This position requires the ability to have sufficient foot/hand/eye coordination to safely drive a vehicle Will spend time out-doors, under varying climate conditions, subject to the elements, and may experience extreme heat and extreme cold and will also spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas During winter months, will assist in cleaning vehicles from snow if applicable to the local climate ⁠ Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Schedule may vary from week to week depending on operational needs. Works evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. ⁠ Required Education and Experience No prior experience or training is required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience ⁠ Preferred Education and Experience One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations) Valid Driver's License Driving Record the meets insurance requirements and company policy Current and active Sales License, in states where applicable
