Job Description

Overview The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as a cross-functional operational hub, supporting the Purchasing, Merchandising, and E-Commerce teams. This role is responsible for the technical execution of order maintenance, pricing integrity, and digital catalog management. You will act as the primary tactical support for department leadership, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across all sales channels and internal systems.
Responsibilities Order Management & EDI Support PO Maintenance:
Proactively track the status of open purchase orders; secure and upload tracking information to maintain real-time system visibility.
Internal Liaison:
Act as a central point of contact for internal inquiries regarding order status and shipping updates.
Special Order Execution:
Facilitate the end-to-end creation and submission of special orders, ensuring high accuracy for non-standard transactions.
EDI Oversight:
Monitor EDI document flows and assists in identifying or resolving basic transmission errors to ensure uninterrupted electronic business.
Pricing & Financial Data Integrity Systemic Pricing Updates:
Under the direction of the leadership team, execute bulk uploads for permanent MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and cost changes.
Promotional Coordination:
Execute the entry and upload of promotional rebates to ensure pricing consistency across all active campaigns.
Price Protection:
Enter price protection claims to ensure accurate financial credits and debits.
Content & Catalog Maintenance SKU Setup:
Facilitate the technical creation of new part numbers, ensuring all foundational data and attributes are entered correctly from the start.
Content Entry:
Support the upload of product titles, descriptions, and technical specifications provided by the Merchandising team. Marketplace Support (via Rithum)
Listing Maintenance:
Resolve basic error flags within Rithum to keep marketplace listings active and healthy.
Listing Health:
Identify and address stranded, suppressed, or incomplete listings to maximize product visibility and conversion.
Compliance Audits:
Conduct regular marketplace audits to verify brand consistency and confirm adherence to MAP guidelines across all digital storefronts.
Experience Professional Experience:
1-3 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or a similar administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
Excel Proficiency:
Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage large datasets and utilize functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to ensure data integrity.
Proven Accuracy:
A history of managing high-volume data entry—such as pricing uploads or SKU creation—where precision and attention to detail were critical to business success.
The Ideal Candidate Systems Experience:
Practical experience navigating e-commerce management tools and data systems, including marketplace platforms (e.g., Rithum), EDI protocols, and ERP software to maintain seamless business operations.
Technical Communication:
Ability to translate technical "system" issues into clear, actionable updates for the sales team and leadership.
Adaptable:
Capable of prioritizing tasks and requests coming from multiple stakeholders within the Purchasing and Merchandising departments. Attention to

Committed to accuracy and precision; takes the necessary time to verify that all data is entered correctly the first time.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
