Position Overview:

We're seeking a confident, driven individual to join our sales team as an Outside Sales Representative / Project Advisor . In this role, you'll be the face of ROOFX—meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing, siding, and gutter needs, and providing tailored project estimates and solutions. You'll guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to signed agreement, helping them protect and improve their homes. Duties Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the our Acculynx. Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners to assess roofing, siding, and gutter needs Educate customers on available materials, warranties, and installation processes Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates using company software Close sales through strong communication and follow-up Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth project handoff Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs Attend training sessions and stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge Represent ROOFX professionally at all times in appearance and conduct Skills Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in roofing or home improvement industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to measure roofs and assess exterior damage (training provided) Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in a growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Outside Sales Representative!
