Job Description
- Broker Dealer Channel for a direct placement assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Devon, PA .
Responsibilities :
Looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-first sales professional to join our Broker Dealer channel as an Internal Wholesaler. Will be paired with a top-performing External Wholesaler and own the day-to-day engagement with financial advisors across a defined territory. If you're someone who thrives on momentum, knows how to build trust quickly, and wants your income tied directly to your output- this is the kind of role that can accelerate your career fast. Own advisor engagement across your territory
- calls, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and relationship building Partner tightly with your External Wholesaler to identify opportunities, open doors, and close business Turn product knowledge into sales
- helping advisors position annuity and retirement solutions with confidence Proactively generate new opportunities (not just react to inbound) Support and attend conferences, meetings, and targeted campaigns to drive territory growth Build and manage a real pipeline using Salesforce
- activity, follow-ups, and conversion tracking matter here Create customized illustrations and solutions that move advisors from interest ? action Be the consistent, trusted voice advisors come back to Why This Role Is Worth Your Time Uncapped commission

Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1+ year of sales experience (financial services, insurance, or advisor-facing preferred) PA Life, Accident & Health License + Series 63 (required) Series 7 Ability to earn Long Term Care certification within first 8 weeks Strong communication skills- clear, confident, and persuasive High energy, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to win What Separates Top Performers in This Seat They treat the territory like it's theirs
