Sales & Wellness Advisor Job Description dtXfy- longevity and recovery lounge is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Sales & Wellness Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales - listening to clients' needs, educating them on modalities, and confidently recommending services that support recovery, performance, and longevity. Who We Are We are a recovery and longevity lounge offering infrared sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, PEMF, along with other cutting edge wellness services. Our mission is to help clients renew their bodies, restore their energy, and take control of their health through powerful wellness modalities that support long-term vitality and longevity. What You'll Do Drive Membership & Service Sales Confidently introduce and recommend dtXfy services to guests Educate clients on the science and benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and our other modalities and how these services contribute to recovery, cellular health, and longevity Convert first-time guests into loyal members Daily follow up phone calls and emails to clients, Create and Participate in video reels for social media Sell memberships, packages, and retail products to meet monthly sales goals Help guests understand how dtXfy services support their health and their long-term wellness and longevity goals Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences Welcome every guest warmly and create a positive studio atmosphere Guide new guests through their first dtXfy experience Build relationships with members and encourage repeat visits Answer questions about services, wellness benefits, and studio offerings including how our modalities support recovery, performance, and longevity Studio Operations Manage appointments, bookings, and checkout through our booking software Answer phones and email and assist guests with scheduling or service questions Turn over treatment rooms and equipment between sessions and maintain studio cleanliness Clean public areas including bathrooms and lobby Assist with retail inventory and studio organization • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Team Contribution Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming environment Stay informed about dtXfy services and wellness trends particularly in the areas of recovery, performance, and longevity science Continuously educate yourself on the benefits of our modalities Support studio growth through enthusiasm, initiative, and professionalism and creativity in building memberships What You Bring We are looking for someone who is: Sales-oriented, Confident, Genuine people skills, Creative, Fun Passionate about health, recovery, and wellness and excited about the growing field of longevity and preventative health Naturally friendly, engaging, and relationship-driven Self-motivated and goal-oriented Curious and eager to learn about wellness modalities and longevity-focused wellness practices Comfortable educating clients and explaining benefits Highly organized with strong attention to detail A strong communicator in person, by phone, and via email Comfortable working independently A quick learner who enjoys personal growth Experience in sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or client services is highly valued. Additional Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable bending, reaching, and standing for periods of time Comfortable taking casual photos or short videos for social media Comfortable working with Apple products and general computer systems High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the United States Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends Primary location is Manayunk, with occasional shifts in Wayne a plus Scheduling Notes Typical hours range from 10-35 hours per week depending on P/T F/T Summer hours may be lighter with increased demand in fall and winter Most shifts are 4+ hours Occasional split shifts may occur Why Join dtXfy?
