Move-In Coordinator Ashton Commons Senior Living | Full-Time Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a motivated, personable, and sales-driven Move-In Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with families, and helping prospective residents make one of the most important decisions for themselves or their loved ones. While this position is responsible for coordinating a seamless move-in experience, a significant focus of the role will be sales and occupancy growth . The ideal candidate is confident speaking with prospective residents and families, comfortable asking for the sale, highly organized, and passionate about senior living. What You'll Do Sales & Occupancy — A Major Focus of the Role Manage and follow up with prospective resident leads from initial inquiry through move-in. Make consistent outbound calls and follow-up contacts with prospects and families. Conduct professional, engaging tours of Ashton Commons for prospective residents and their families. Build meaningful relationships with prospects and understand their individual needs, concerns, and priorities. Clearly communicate the benefits, services, amenities, and lifestyle offered at Ashton Commons. Guide families through the decision-making process and confidently ask for the move-in . Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Track tours, leads, follow-ups, deposits, and move-ins using the community's CRM or tracking systems. Work toward established occupancy, conversion, and move-in goals. Develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, physicians, senior organizations, and other referral partners. Participate in networking, outreach, open houses, community events, and other marketing initiatives designed to generate leads. Identify opportunities to increase referrals and strengthen Ashton Commons' presence within the local senior living market. Collaborate with leadership and the sales/marketing team to develop strategies for increasing occupancy. Move-In Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for families once they commit to moving into the community. Coordinate all aspects of the move-in process from deposit through move-in day. Communicate move-in requirements, deadlines, paperwork, and expectations to residents and families. Coordinate with families, staff, healthcare providers, movers, and other outside partners as needed. Ensure apartments are prepared and ready for new residents. Work closely with the care and operations teams to communicate resident needs and preferences. Provide a warm, welcoming experience for residents and their families on move-in day. Follow up with new residents and families after move-in to ensure a smooth transition and high level of satisfaction. Identify opportunities to turn a positive resident/family experience into referrals and future leads. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Sales-minded and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. Naturally outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with people from all backgrounds. A strong communicator who can build trust quickly with seniors and their families. Comfortable making sales calls, following up repeatedly, conducting tours, and asking for the business. Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Compassionate and empathetic when working with families who may be facing difficult decisions. Self-motivated and able to work independently while being an effective member of a team. Comfortable managing multiple leads, conversations, and move-ins simultaneously. Professional, dependable, and positive. Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
