Full Job Description Description:
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity, Astro (based out of Mead, NE) has a Area Sales Representative position available for you! This role is responsible growing customer base and building new relationships within the Omaha, NE. This position will be remote, living within or within driving distance to meet with customers and visit job sites. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to organically grow the territory and achieve annual sales growth goals. Additionally, this role focuses on maintaining high-level, strategic relationships with customers and prospects, serving as their trusted advisor through consultative and collaborative methods. About Astro Buildings Astro was founded in 1969 and is located in Mead, Nebraska. Astro builds post frame buildings throughout Nebraska, Iowa, and portions of the surrounding states. Through our local dealers and sales staff, Astro Buildings strives to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Contact, meet and follow-up with customers, developing a relationship built on trust and respect to ensure a robust sales funnel and exceed sales expectations Prepare building proposals and written contracts Enter contracts into computer inventory system Review drawings/materials for accuracy Prepare Job packs/labor contracts Navigate and verify county & city licenses for customer's structure and assist with the permit process Schedule final walk-through after structure is completed Collect payments as required Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager Experience and Skills 2+ years of outside sales experience or relevant construction management related job experience Prior construction sales experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Must be able to lift at least 60lbs Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off Holiday Pay And more!
