Job Description
- Identify and research prospective customers.
- Develop target account lists within key industries.
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers.
- Maintain prospect activity within CRM. Partnership Development
- Build relationships with:
- Marketing Agencies
- Graphic Design Firms
- CRM consultants
- Managed IT Providers
- Fundraising consultants
- Higher Education consultants
- Create and support referral partner programs.
- Participate in partner meetings and networking events.
- Maintain ongoing communication with strategic partners. Lead Nurturing
- Follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Maintain contact with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist with proposal development and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate sales activities with company leadership. Account Growth Support
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct periodic account reviews.
- Gather customer feedback and identify new service opportunities. Marketing Support
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Support webinar, trade show, and event participation.
- Collect customer success stories and case studies.
- Help distribute marketing content to prospects and partners. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of business development, sales, account management, recruiting, customer success, or related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making outreach calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Understands current marketing ecosystem - digital marketing, channel options, tools, technology, and strategies.
- Strong interest in social media and SMB marketplace.
