You Might Be Our Match If… You are a CVT, LVT, or RVT with: At least 5 years of veterinary technician experience 2+ years in a leadership or senior technician role Strong organizational and communication skills A calm, dependable approach—even on challenging days A genuine interest in mentoring others and building a strong team A passion for improving workflows and providing exceptional patient care A belief that every shelter animal deserves excellent, compassionate medicine Experience in shelter medicine or high-volume veterinary care is strongly preferred. What You'll Do As our Lead Veterinary Technician, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the shelter's medical department while working closely with shelter leadership.
You'll:
