Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate our product offerings and meet client needs. Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products and services within designated territories. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth. Provide technical sales support by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals. Manage territory effectively to maximize coverage and ensure all potential customers are reached. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation and outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and reporting purposes. Strong understanding of territory management principles to optimize sales efforts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
