WHO WE ARE
Launch Clearwater is a family entertainment destination where families celebrate, schools connect, teams come together, and businesses build relationships. Our Clearwater location combines attractions, bowling, arcade games, VR laser tag, food and beverage, birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers, corporate events, and group experiences under one roof. We are looking for someone who can become a familiar and trusted Launch contact throughout the community. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position and it is not an inbound-only sales role.THE ROLE
You will develop and own one exclusive geographic territory surrounding Launch Clearwater, designated Partnership North or Partnership South. You will learn the organizations in your market, identify the right decision-makers, build relationships, and convert qualified opportunities into approved proposals, confirmed bookings, repeat events, and referrals. Your territory may include schools, PTOs and PTAs, preschools, daycares, homeschool organizations, camps, youth programs, sports leagues, churches, healthcare organizations, hotels, local businesses, major employers, nonprofits, municipalities, HOAs, apartment communities, colleges, and other community organizations.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build a strategic territory plan and prioritize organizations with meaningful partnership and group-sales potential. Prospect through scheduled visits, professional walk-ins, calls, personalized email, referrals, networking, and appropriate community events. Identify decision-makers and learn each organization's goals, timing, group size, budget, food and beverage needs, and operational requirements. Develop school field trips, reward events, Spirit Nights, fundraisers, corporate outings, employee-appreciation events, team-building experiences, youth-sports celebrations, camp outings, church events, holiday functions, and recurring group visits. Present current approved Launch offerings and guide qualified opportunities through proposal, follow-up, booking, and internal handoff. Ask for the business, address questions professionally, and maintain appropriate follow-up until the customer reaches a decision. Maintain complete and timely records for accounts, contacts, opportunities, proposals, next steps, bookings, and partner activity in ClickUp or the designated CRM. Coordinate with the Marketing and Community Engagement Manager, General Manager, operations leaders, and food and beverage leadership when an event requires additional planning or approval. Support a smooth transition to the operations team without independently promising unapproved pricing, discounts, custom terms, food or alcohol arrangements, or operational exceptions. Follow up after events, resolve relationship concerns through the appropriate manager, request referrals, and secure the organization's next opportunity.WHAT A STRONG WEEK MAY INCLUDE
Meeting a school administrator about an upcoming field trip and scheduling the next step. Running a planned route of priority organizations throughout the assigned territory. Following up on a corporate proposal and moving it toward a confirmed booking. Meeting a youth-sports or community leader about a celebration, fundraiser, or recurring partnership. You like owning your work and your first thought after a successful event is when can we bring them back.THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF
You want to wait for inbound leads rather than create opportunities. You dislike introducing yourself to people you do not know or working in the community. You will have a defined territory to develop, organizations to discover, and relationships to grow. You will see the direct result of your work when a school fills Launch with students, a company brings its team together, a youth organization celebrates its season, or a partner returns because of the relationship you built. If you are energetic, organized, relationship-driven, and ready to build a book of business throughout the Clearwater community, we would like to meet you.EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
