Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Construction Sales Consultant to meet with qualified homeowner leads, educate customers on project options, prepare and present estimates, and close sales. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients bring their home improvement projects to life. Responsibilities Meet with company-provided leads and conduct in-home consultations. Educate customers on construction options, materials, and project scope. Prepare and present estimates and proposals. Follow up with prospective customers and close sales. Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate project handoffs. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements Previous sales experience preferred. Construction or home improvement experience is a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable. Reliable transportation. Compensation 1099 commission-only position with company-provided leads. Competitive commission structure (typically 5-10% of contract value, depending on experience and project type) with uncapped earning potential.
