Job Description
Sales Representative Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience within the environmental graphics, commercial signage, POP displays, marketing/advertising, or related industry. Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Existing book of business is strongly preferred, but not required. Must have a strong network of direct-to-client opportunities and established commercial relationships. Proven ability to prospect, cold call, network, generate leads, and develop new accounts. Strong understanding of environmental graphics, POP displays, ADA signage, and related commercial signage solutions. Experience selling directly to end users, brands, retailers, corporations, or other commercial clients is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be highly self-motivated, driven to succeed, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, customer relationships, and sales opportunities simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal production, project management, design, and other operational teams. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales technology. Strong business development and relationship-management skills are essential. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, networking, and business development activities. West Coast location is strongly preferred.Sales Representative Compensation:
