Full Job Description Job Summary:

this is a repair company (all Industrial equipment repair). We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective account management and strategic sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and relationship building
• Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products or services
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience in technical sales is preferred
• Demonstrated success in a sales role
• Familiarity with account management principles
