Job :
We're not hiring someone to "just sell." This role is designed for someone who wants to run their own book of business , take ownership of projects from start to finish, and grow alongside a company that is still writing its story. This is an A-to-Z role — you act like the business owner on every project. Sales & Lead Generation Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in high-end neighborhoods You are not limited to knocking doors — referrals, networking, creative outreach are encouraged Meet homeowners, identify needs, and educate them on our services Build trust with high-value clients and close deals confidently Project Management Manage projects you sell from start to finish Visit job sites 1-2 times per project to ensure quality and client satisfaction Communicate clearly with homeowners and production teams Ensure projects are delivered on time and to our standards Client Experience Be the main point of contact for the homeowner Walk clients through the entire process professionally Solve problems, set expectations, and protect the brand Why This Role Is Different ✔ You're not suffocated by corporate rules or micromanagement ✔ You have freedom to grow into what you're best at ✔ You help shape the company, not just work in it ✔ You can grow into: Sales Manager, Production Manager, Operations / Leadership role, Executive-level position as the company scales If you want to specialize full-time in one area as we grow, we are very open to that.
