We're looking for part-time Inside Sales Representatives to help our real estate team connect schedule appointments with our agents. This position is for someone who enjoys conversations, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through. You don't need to know everything about real estate, but you should be comfortable making calls, learning new skills, and working toward clear goals. What Your Workday Looks Like You'll contact people in our database, respond to new inquiries, and contact additional leads. Your goal is to understand what each person needs, identify whether they're ready for a conversation with an agent, and schedule the appointment. You'll also keep clear notes in our contact management system so the team knows what was discussed and what happens next. What Helps You Succeed You're comfortable making outbound calls. You can handle rejection without taking it personally. You stay organized and follow up when you say you will. You're comfortable using computers and learning new software. You welcome coaching and put feedback into practice. Experience in sales, appointment setting, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful. Real estate experience is a plus. Defined compensation:

A base pay rate plus BONUS on successful closing. (Must hold real estate license to receive BONUS) A consistent schedule: Agreed-upon hours so you can plan your week and your income.
