Job Description

Role overview Equisolve is a Palm City-based hybrid SaaS company that powers IR Websites and Corporate Websites for public companies. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to build and close a steady pipeline of referrals from investor relations (IR) firms and public companies that can benefit from our website services. Key responsibilities Proactively call on outside investor relations firms that act as deal sources, introduce Equisolve's IR website services, and develop referral relationships that generate qualified opportunities with their public-company clients. Follow up quickly and persistently with known public companies identified through our website analytics (warm leads who are already engaging with our IR content) to qualify need, run discovery, and move them into a presentation/demo. Cold call and email targeted lists of public companies to secure introductory meetings and product presentations/demos for our IR website services. Maintain organized, accurate activity and pipeline data in our CRM Salesforce, including calls, emails, meetings and opportunities Collaborate with the CEO and senior sales leadership on messaging, campaigns, and conference strategies to maximize referrals and close rates. Attend select industry and investor conferences (a few times per year) to support meetings with IR firms and public companies, including advance outreach and post-event follow-up. Location and work environment This is a full-time role based near Palm City / Port St. Lucie, Florida, with a hybrid schedule. You will work from our Palm City office several days per week for collaboration and training, with flexibility to work remotely on other days as performance allows. Occasional travel within the U.S. for conferences and key client meetings is expected. Ideal candidate profile 2+ years of inside sales, sales development, or business development experience in B2B, ideally in SaaS, investor relations, financial services, public company, or related professional services. Comfortable making outbound calls and emails every day, with a consultative style suited to senior executives at IR firms and public companies' finance departments. Strong communicator who can clearly explain the value of specialized IR websites to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and activity; highly organized and data-driven. Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable, with a bias for action and a desire to grow into a senior sales role over time. Located within commuting distance of Palm City, Florida, and able to travel occasionally to conferences. Industry experience selling IR websites, newswire services, webcasting services, or EDGAR filing services is a plus.
