Our client, a Japanese semiconductor manufacturing company, is now looking for a Bilingual Japanese bilingual Inside Sales. 【Location】Fremont, CA - Remote/Hybrid (fully remote after the training period) 【Position】 Japanese bilingual Material Control / Inside Sales 【Compensation】$27-28/hr plus benefit 【Hiring Syle】Full-time, Hybrid/Remote Training will be onsite. However, after the training period, it will be remote work.

Responsibilities:

Schedule shipments to ensure delivery by promised deadlines. Receive orders and assign shipments to appropriate carriers. Monitor inventory via an enterprise resource planning system or similar control system. Assist outside sales representatives and/or engineers with order status inquiries and special customer needs.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and verbal); able to lead meetings and correspondence in both languages 2+ years of experience in Sales Assistant, inventory management, logistics, or shipping Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office Excel.
