Job Description

Job Title:
Multi-Property Hotel Sales Specialist We are hiring a results-driven sales professional to help generate guest room business for 3-4 hotels . This is a high-activity outbound sales role . Your main job will be to make sales calls, prospect new accounts, build relationships, book room nights, help execute sales strategy, and keep CRM activity organized and up to date . We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, strong at follow-up, organized, and motivated by results. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to generate room revenue Prospect new local and regional accounts Build relationships with businesses and organizations that need hotel rooms Follow up consistently and ask for the business Help implement sales strategy for multiple hotels Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline updates, and account activity Work with hotel leadership to identify opportunities and need periods Qualifications Sales experience preferred; hotel or hospitality sales experience is a plus Strong phone skills and confidence with outbound calling Organized, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-up Able to manage multiple hotels and priorities at once CRM experience preferred Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.
Recommended pay range:
$50,000-$60,000 base salary + bonus If you are a strong caller, a consistent follow-up person, and someone who likes turning activity into booked business, we want to hear from you.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
