About X'Olio X'Olio is a growing Miami-based skincare brand looking for a highly organized, proactive and tech-savvy Operations & Business Development Assistant to work closely with the founder. This is a part-time hybrid role for someone who takes initiative, follows through and enjoys learning. You do not need to know everything on day one — being resourceful, dependable and a fast learner is what matters most. What You'll Help With Keep projects, deadlines and follow-ups organized Coordinate with designers, vendors and suppliers Organize brand photos, videos, files and marketing assets Support TikTok Shop orders, shipping and fulfillment coordination Help strengthen our TikTok presence alongside our existing social media team Research and contact micro/nano creators for gifted product collaborations and track follow-ups Research and connect with local spas and potential retail/wholesale partners Help identify potential independent sales representatives Use AI and digital tools to make daily operations more efficient Who We're Looking For Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Excellent at follow-up and comfortable working independently Comfortable with TikTok, Instagram, computers and technology Interested in learning and using AI tools Comfortable communicating with creators, vendors and potential business partners Trustworthy and respectful of confidential business information Interest in beauty/skincare is a plus Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Square, Canva or similar platforms is helpful but not required. TikTok LIVE — Optional Opportunity If you enjoy being on camera and selling, there may be an opportunity to host X'Olio TikTok LIVEs and earn additional commission on qualifying sales. This is a plus, not a requirement.
