Job Description
EcoBuild is a growing Chicagoland construction and home-services company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Chicago area. We provide multiple building and property-improvement services, including remodeling, and other construction solutions . Our goal is to give customers one reliable partner for projects across their property instead of forcing them to coordinate five different contractors who somehow all blame each other. As we continue expanding our service divisions, we are building a stronger sales team capable of identifying customer needs across multiple trades, developing long-term relationships, and turning qualified opportunities into profitable projects. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Construction Sales Representative who knows how to run appointments, understand project needs, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals . This is not a telemarketing or appointment-setting position . You will work primarily with company-provided warm leads and existing customers . Your job is to turn qualified opportunities into profitable construction projects while building long-term relationships with homeowners, property owners, property managers, and commercial clients. Experience selling home-improvement services is strongly preferred. What You'll Do Run company-provided sales appointments and qualified leads Meet customers on-site to understand project needs and recommend solutions Prepare and present estimates, proposals, pricing, and project options Follow up aggressively and professionally on open estimates Handle objections involving price, scope, timing, financing, and competition Negotiate and close profitable construction projects Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional construction and home-service solutions Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and follow-up schedule in the CRM Coordinate with estimating, production, and project management after the sale Develop repeat business and referral relationships with existing customers and commercial accounts Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
