Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, goal-driven Wireless Sales Representative to join our Boost Mobile team. In this role, you will assist customers in choosing the right phones, service plans, and accessories while delivering a high-quality retail experience. Key Responsibilities Drive sales by matching customers with Boost Mobile service plans, phones, and accessories that fit their needs. Assist customers with setting up new devices, transferring data, processing bill payments, and troubleshooting basic tech issues. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately using cash, debit, and credit cards. Maintain store appearance, manage inventory stock, and set up promotional merchandising displays. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency with basic computer programs and point-of-sale software. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desired. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
