COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
This is a 100% commission-based outside sales position with no guaranteed base salary.
Expected annual commission earnings:
$60,000-$870,000 , depending primarily on individual sales performance and qualifying revenue actually collected by American Water Damage Restoration LLC. Earning results can vary substantially. A representative's industry experience, professional knowledge, established industry relationships, sales ability, network, and ability to develop and maintain new accounts may significantly influence their results. There is no cap on commission earnings . Commissions are calculated from qualifying funds actually received and cleared by AWDR—not simply from leads, estimates, signed contracts, invoices, insurance approvals, or outstanding accounts receivable. The representative is expected to remain actively involved with accounts they personally develop through the sales, project, billing, and collection process and to work professionally with the customer and AWDR management toward collection of amounts properly owed to AWDR. established industry relationships and professional network are a plus to ensure the higher end of the estimated earnings If a project is sold or invoiced for one amount but AWDR ultimately collects a different amount, the representative's commission is calculated from the qualifying amount actually collected by AWDR, according to the written commission agreement.
