Full Job Description Compensation:

100% Commission (No Base) Average deal size: $12K

• 18K What that looks like in practice: First-year reps: typically $60K
• 150K Top performers: $200K+ Peak earnings happen during storm season (spring/summer), when deal volume is highest

Commission:

8% per deal ($1,000

• 1,400 typical payout) Weekly earnings range: $200
