Job Description
Outside Sales Representative We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as an Outside Sales Representative . In this role, you will meet with prospective clients, identify their needs, explain available insurance options, and help clients select coverage that fits their situation. This is a performance-based sales opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working independently and want their income to be tied to their results. What You'll Do Meet with prospective clients and conduct sales appointments Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Explain coverage options and answer client questions Follow up with prospective and existing clients Manage appointments, leads, and your sales pipeline Build and maintain client relationships Participate in sales training and team meetings Work toward individual sales and production goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable speaking with prospective clients Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Coachable and willing to learn Previous sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required Life insurance license preferred; candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain the required license before conducting insurance business Compensation & Position Structure Independent contractor (1099) position Commission-based compensation Earnings are based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed Training and ongoing sales development provided Opportunities for increased responsibility based on performance Schedule Flexible schedule with availability needed for client appointments, training, and team activities.
