Here at MetalMax Roofing & Siding, our Outside Sales Representatives are boots on the ground salesmen and women. Business to business sales work, traveling, paid training, uncapped commission at 1.5% on new retail sales! Join us!

WHAT TO DO

This job requires cold calling, do you have what it takes to conquer the phone?

• Generate new retail business by identifying and prospecting leads.
• Contribute to future business growth with new innovative ideas and selling techniques.
• Determine customer needs and advise on the appropriate service needs.
• Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends.
• You will regularly meet with the General Manager and Regional Director to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of sales experience is required.
• Must be disciplined and have an ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism.
• Detailed history of closing sales and generating new revenue.
• Computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation as this is an on the road style job.

You will hunt for the next sale all from the comfort of your own vehicle.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This person must be able to travel up to 75% of the time with occasional overnight travel as needed. This position will be based in an office environment and will travel to businesses as needed. This position will report to the GM and Regional Director.
