Job Summary As an Oldcastle sales representative you will be responsible for selling and servicing Dry Mix products in Western Washington. The primary day-to-day activity focuses on local dealer and contractor accounts, lead generation, creating new business, increasing customer orders, developing customer relationships, alongside managing key port-based business relationships that serve Alaska and Hawaii. You will increase company revenue by growing Amerimix and Sakrete product sales. This role requires a proactive, growth-oriented sales professional with a strong focus on new business development, territory expansion, and competitive displacement while continuing to grow and defend existing accounts. This position has a high field presence in the Seattle metro area with regional travel as business dictates. Job Location This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in Seattle, WA metro or surrounding area Job Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers (dealers & contractors) that leads to increased sales and revenue. Promote, educate, and service their Dry Mix needs. Conduct product demos on job sites to drive demand and convert new business Identify and prospect new customers (dealers, distributors, and contractors) Participate in industry events while representing the Amerimix and Sakrete product lines Prospect and cold-call new accounts through job site visits, lead referrals, & networking Analyze dealer sales data & buying cycles Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and supply chain teams to support efficient forecasting Manage quoting and deal structure in alignment with company guidelines Utilize CRM to manage pipeline, track prospecting activity, and maintain account info Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education 3 plus years' sales related experience managing a multi-million-dollar sales territory Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience within the building materials industry preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, & Salesforce CRM High sense of urgency with a competitive mindset and entrepreneurial qualities Travel up to 50% Valid driver's license Compensation Base salary $65k-$70k with OTE $100k-$110k Monthly auto allowance and a fuel card 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program Short-term and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
