As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our organization in your designated territory, actively engaging with potential clients. You bring the grit, drive, and strategic mindset that fuel real growth. By combining your sales expertise, technical insight, and business development skills, you'll expand our market presence, accelerate revenue, and deliver solutions that truly stand out. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand our customer base Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while meeting client expectations Most have 3PL experience in outside sales, B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management to foster long-term relationships Familiarity with CRM tools and CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing leads Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations effectively Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable; experience transportation 3PL Join us as an Outside Sales Representative where your proactive approach will drive success! Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
