Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including warm calling and networking within the industry Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their painting projects and provide tailored estimates Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms to secure profitable Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and implement strategies that increase brand visibility and lead generation Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Lead technical sales discussions by explaining product features, project timelines, and value propositions clearly and confidently Experience Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the painting or related service industries Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales platforms like Salesforce is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in account management, client relationship building, and strategic planning Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly and persuasively Analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for targeted growth opportunities Experience in warm calling techniques to generate leads and nurture prospects into loyal customers Able to do touch-ups. Walk the project down for Quality assurance and a clean area. Understanding of construction, carpentry, painting and coating methods. Work Saturdays with salary plus commission book sales. We're looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative / Estimator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners and business clients to assess painting projects Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals Educate customers on services, materials, and timelines Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project handoff Help drive company growth through sales and referrals Able to do project quality assurance walks. Able to do touch-ups. Have an eye for detail.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Sales experience preferred (painting or construction a plus, but not required) Ability to build trust and close deals without being pushy Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using basic technology (email, CRM, estimating software) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Have an understanding of construction methods, carpentry, painting and coatings Work on
