Job Description

NV Ball Real Estate Group is one of Reno's most rapidly growing teams. This isn't a brokerage where you'll be handed a desk and left to figure it out. You'll join a team of 15 high-performing women with a clear path to growth, real coaching, and a community that shows up for each other. We're not just selling homes — we're building careers and relationships that last in this community What you'll do Represent buyers and sellers across the Reno-Sparks and Carson Valley metro area Generate and convert leads through personal networks, referrals, and team resources Attend weekly team trainings, coaching calls, and accountability check-ins Collaborate with team members on open houses, listings, and client events Build long-term relationships with clients and your community Utilize our systems, CRM, and tools to manage your pipeline efficiently What we're looking for Active Nevada real estate license (or currently in pre-licensing) Relational, people-first approach to sales — you lead with service Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow your business Coachable — you welcome feedback and show up ready to learn Community-rooted and genuinely connected in Reno-Sparks Comfortable with accountability — you treat your business like a business Minimum production of 6 closings per year What we offer
Compensation:
Competitive split - 50/50 to 80/20 based on experience
