Job Summary Stronghouse is seeking a driven Roofing Sales Consultant / Independent Project Consultant to develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth within assigned territories. This is an outside sales, business development role focused on insurance-based storm restoration, not retail pricing or pushy sales tactics. As an independent contractor, you will manage your own schedule while representing a reputable, established brand with proven systems, training, and support. ——You are not "just selling roofs." You are acting as a professional consultant, educating homeowners, documenting properties, and guiding them through the insurance restoration process. Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients within USA Conduct property inspections, product demos, and presentations to educate homeowners on roofing and exterior solutions Identify legitimate storm damage and document findings (training provided) Guide clients through the insurance claim process from inspection to completion Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities Meet with insurance adjusters and support the claims process Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed performance targets Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, inspections, and sales activity Develop territory management strategies to maximize coverage and growth Upsell additional exterior services when appropriate Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with leadership on territory expansion and marketing strategies Skills & Qualifications Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, or territory management preferred Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience is a plus (not required) Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Comfortable with cold outreach, direct sales, and networking Proficient with CRM systems Customer-focused mindset with a long-term relationship approach Ability to analyze markets and execute territory growth strategies Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven Reliable transportation and ability to climb ladders and walk roofs What Stronghouse Provides Industry-leading training (no roofing experience required) Proven inspection, documentation, and sales systems Stronghouse branding, credibility, and national platform support Office, production, and supplement support CRM, inspection tools, and marketing resources Mentorship and clear advancement opportunities Ethical, insurance-compliant sales process Compensation Uncapped commission High six-figure potential for top performers Paid per completed project Performance bonuses and leadership opportunities Your income is directly tied to your effort and execution.
