Job Summary Gulf Harbor Roofing is a growing Southwest Florida company looking for an experienced roofing technician who can lead a crew on full roof replacements and also handle repairs and service calls. You'll work directly with company management—not get lost in a big-company chain of command. For the right person, that means a genuine opportunity to help build the operation, earn more as volume grows, and move into a key leadership role. We need someone who can find the real cause of a leak, fix it properly, and spot when a small service call may turn into a larger roofing project. You'll work directly with homeowners, so professionalism and clear communication matter.
