Door-to-Door Sales:

Uncapped Commission + Path to Sales Rep Midwest Master Roofing | Chicagoland Full-time and part-time | Uncapped commission | Experienced reps typically earn $60K-$120K About Us Midwest Master Roofing is a locally owned roofing and exteriors company serving homeowners across Chicagoland. After storms roll through, families need someone they can trust to tell them what's going on with their roof. We use drone imaging and detailed inspection reports to give homeowners a clear picture, and we work directly with insurance carriers to help them get the coverage they're owed. We're growing fast, and we promote from within. The Role You'll be the face of our company in the neighborhoods we serve. You'll knock on doors, start friendly conversations with homeowners, explain what we do, and book free roof inspections. Start as a canvasser, learn the business alongside our reps, and grow into a full Sales Representative role where you run inspections, walk homeowners through the insurance process, and close jobs. What You'll Do Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods, typically after hail or wind events Introduce yourself and offer free roof inspections Book appointments and hand off qualified leads Log every contact and appointment in our CRM and Worksite Pro app Follow up on missed doors and warm leads Ride along with senior reps to learn inspections, estimates, and the insurance claim process Move into a sales role as you build skills and results What We're Looking For No roofing or sales experience required. We'll train you Comfortable talking to strangers and handling "no" with a good attitude Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Able to walk 4 to 6 hours a day in all Chicagoland weather Comfortable using a smartphone for routing, photos, and lead tracking Professional appearance and communication

The more you produce, the more you earn Typical roofs close for about $2,500 in commission Experienced sales reps typically earn $80,000-$120,000 per year (results vary based on effort, skill, and storm activity) Commission advances available: once approved, draw up to 50% of a job's commission up front instead of waiting for the job to complete Promotion path to Sales Representative after 2 months Mentor-led training Company vehicle available for top-performing sales reps Schedule Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed during storm season.
