This role is responsible for contacting inbound leads, assessing initial project feasibility for Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) construction, and scheduling onsite consultations with our team. Key Responsibilities Contact inbound leads via phone, email, and text to understand their ADU project interest and timeline Qualify leads by gathering key property and homeowner information Conduct preliminary feasibility screening, including confirming whether the property may be suitable for ADU development based on basic criteria (lot type, backyard space, access, zoning considerations, etc.) Ask structured discovery questions to determine customer needs, goals, and budget expectations Coordinate and schedule onsite property assessments with sales or project consultants Maintain accurate lead records and activity updates in CRM systems Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience Escalate complex feasibility questions to technical or permitting specialists as needed Qualifications Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or lead qualification Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Ability to quickly learn basic ADU feasibility criteria, zoning concepts, and construction workflows Preferred Background Experience in real estate, construction, home improvement, architecture, permitting, or property development Familiarity with ADU projects or residential construction processes
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
