A Business Development Specialist identifies new business opportunities and clients for a company, identifies new products, services and lines of business, and develops marketing and sales strategies to help grow a company's business. Collects and manages data on sales and business processes, does market research, and stays informed of industry trends and dynamics. Builds customer relationships and partnerships. Reports to a Business Development Manager or Director.

Job Description
Qualifications Required:
High School diploma. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly. A persistent, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Sugar, HubSpot).Preferred:
Previous experience in a sales or sales development role. Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo). Familiarity with the UCaaS, MSP, and VoIP market and sales cycles. Why Lightspeed Voice?Competitive Compensation :
