Job Summary We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Managed IT Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospects across our targeted outbound campaigns and inbound responses — playing a critical role in building pipeline and fueling revenue growth. You will work within a defined playbook focused on the professional services market, including financial, insurance, legal, engineering and healthcare industries. You will operate with clearly defined daily and weekly metrics using tools, messaging, AI automation and support designed to help you succeed. Base + Incentives Key Responsibilities We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Managed IT Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospects across our targeted outbound campaigns and inbound responses — playing a critical role in building pipeline and fueling revenue growth. You will work within a defined playbook focused on the professional services market, including financial, insurance, legal, engineering and healthcare industries. You will operate with clearly defined daily and weekly metrics using tools, messaging, AI automation and support designed to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Creation & Qualification Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to named accounts; convert inbound leads within SLA List building and prospect vetting experience Qualify prospects against ICP criteria: industry, company size, tech stack, regulatory scope, pain points, timeline, and buying authority Set discovery meetings that AEs accept and prospects attend; multi-thread across Ops, IT, Security, and Compliance stakeholders Process Execution & Daily Metrics Develop prospect database for targeted industries using various tools to identify, evaluate and verify information for marketing and prospecting.
Meet daily activity targets:
50-70 targeted dials daily, 8-12 live connects, 20-30 tailored email/LinkedIn touches, and 1-2 meetings set and accepted Meet weekly targets: 250-350 dials, 40-60 connects, 6-8 meetings set, with a 75%+ show rate Respond to hot inbound leads within 5 minutes; follow up on MQLs within 1 business hour Research 5-10 accounts daily to confirm tech stack and regulatory drivers Campaign & Event Support Execute pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up within 48 hours Convert content offers (e.g., compliance toolkits, DR/BCP checklists, runbooks) into booked meetings Help coordinate events like webinars, lunch and learns, breakfast tech reviews, etc. CRM Hygiene & Reporting Log every touch with accurate dispositions, contact roles, and next steps Maintain 95%+ data completeness with no open tasks older than 48 hours Document appointment outcomes and meeting notes including pain points, stack details, compliance factors, and timeline Required Qualifications 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or sales development — technology or managed services preferred Strong phone presence and professional written communication skills; ability to tailor messaging by persona (COO/Ops, CIO/IT, CISO/Security, Compliance, CFO) Proficiency or working knowledge of: Salesforce or HubSpot or similar CRM's , Seamless ai , ZoomInfo , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Calendly , and Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
