Full Job Description About Us:
We are a residential construction company dedicated to building quality homes that families can be proud of. As we grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to help connect homebuyers with the properties we build. We're seeking a people-oriented, highly motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell newly constructed homes. The ideal candidate is extroverted, thrives in a client-facing role, and has a passion for helping others make one of the most important purchases of their lives.
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective buyers to show available homes and lots Provide information about pricing, layouts, and construction timelines Build relationships with clients and maintain follow-ups Collaborate with the construction team to stay updated on availability and progress Host model home tours and open houses Educate buyers about financing options (training provided)
Requirements:
Age 21 or older Excellent people skills - friendly, outgoing, and professional Bilingual (Spanish/English strongly preferred) Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable working independently and with a team
