Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within your designated territory Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction Generate leads through networking, marketing initiatives, and leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects and sales activities Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and product launches to maximize sales potential Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory analysis using CRM tools for ongoing performance assessment Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management with a focus on building long-term relationships Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and pipeline management Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and engaging with clients at all levels Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively Knowledge of technology sales or retail sales is a plus; experience in technical sales or business development is highly valued Demonstrated analysis skills to identify market trends and customer needs for strategic growth opportunities Join us as a Sales Representative in and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to driving success through innovative sales strategies.
